I’m renting out my room in a shared apartment with one person, located in Ottensen, for a temporary lease.
The room is 15m² and fully furnished.
Available from 04.12 to 22.01 (7 weeks).
It can be rented weekly or monthly.
The rental is WITHOUT ANMELDUNG.
The apartment is shared with one person, Florian, who is 35 years old and speaks German, English, and Spanish.
6 minutes from Ottensen Station (S1)
3 minutes to the nearest bus stop, 5 minutes to Altona Bahnhof (by bus), and 12 minutes walking.
Rewe, Aldi, and Penny are approximately 5 minutes away.
I’ll be traveling during this time, so my room will be available for a maximum of 7 weeks. Life in the apartment is very relaxed; sometimes we cook together, sometimes separately. Everyone has their own space, but occasionally we enjoy a beer in the kitchen to catch up, or we might go out to a bar or just hang out.
Florian is 35, studies, works, and trains, so sometimes he’s around, and other times he’s not.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to live in a shared flat (WG). Tell me a bit about yourself, what you do, and what you’re looking for. As I mentioned before, the rental can be for the full 7 weeks or less.
