Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem Einfamilienhaus in Hamburg-Schnelsen. Nähe Bahnstation Burgwedel, Bahn- und Busverbindung, 2 Minuten entfernt. Fahrtzeit bis Hauptbahnhof (A1, S5) 33 Minuten. Parkplätze umliegend zu finden.
Vorhanden im Zimmer: ausziehbares (Doppel-)Bett, Schrank, 2 Regale, Tisch, 2 Stühle. Backofen mit 2 Herdplatten für gelegentliche Zubereitung warmer Mahlzeiten. Kleiner Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Tägliches Durchzug-Lüften des Zimmers und Durchzug-Lüften beim Kochen. Die Schminkkommode ist nicht Teil der Möblierung.
In der Küche zur Nutzung: Wasseranschluss, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher. Modernes Duschbad: Nutzung mit einer weiteren Mieterin, Reinigung nach Plan ( je, mind. 1 x im Monat). Lüftung nach dem Duschen und wenn dort Wäsche hängt.
Kündigungsfrist bis 15. des Monats.

- who occasionally prepares meals in the room
- is cheerful and drug-free
The rooms are located in a single-family house in Hamburg-Schnelsen. Near Burgwedel train station, train and bus connections, 2 minutes away. Travel time to main station (A1, S5) 33 minutes. Parking spaces can be found nearby.
Available in the room: pull-out (double) bed, wardrobe, 2 shelves, table, 2 chairs. Oven with 2 hotplates for occasional preparation of hot meals. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Daily draft ventilation of the room and draft ventilation when cooking. The dressing table is not part of the furniture.
In the kitchen for use: water connection, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle. Modern shower room: Use with another tenant, cleaning according to plan (each, at least once a month). Ventilation after showering and when laundry is hanging there.
Notice period until the 15th of the month.

Die Lage ist in Hamburg Schnelsen, nahe der AKN-Station Burgwedel, 5er Bus. Gegenüber ein beliebtes Restaurant. Fahrradfahren im Grünen gut möglich. Kleines Zentrum für die nötigen Einkäufe, Edeka, Kios, Dönerladen wie auch Ärzte, Apotheke sind neben der Bahn fußläufig erreichbar. Autobahnanschluß A7 ist nahe gelegen bei Ikea.
Die ideale Mieterin (Frau) sucht eine freundliche und saubere Wohngemeinschaft (WG). Suchen 22-40 jährige Frau mit geregelter Tätigkeit oder Studium. Drogenfrei und lebensfroh. Wir wollen immer gerne nach Hause kommen, begegnen uns freundlich und unterhalten uns auch gerne. Du findest hier Ruhe und kannst dein Ding machen mit eigenem Eingang. Gemeinsam benutzte Räume sollen sauber hinterlassen sein. Wir freuen uns auf dich!
Was soll ich hier nur noch schreiben, mir fällt absolut nix mehr ein.
