Das Zimmer ist zwar klein (knapp 7qm), aber durch das selbstgebaute Hochbett wird der Platz optimal genutzt und das Zimmer gemütlich. Insbesondere für Pendler:innen ist die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof attraktiv.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem 120cm breiten Hochbett inklusive Matratze ausgestattet. Ein Stuhl und zwei Regale könnten bei Bedarf noch gestellt werden.
Durch ein kleines Fenster zum Innenhof kommt Tageslicht & frische Luft ins Zimmer.
Die Wohnung hat eine relativ große Küche in der wir uns viel aufhalten.
The room is small (just under 7 m²), but the self-built bunk bed makes optimal use of the space and makes the room cozy. The proximity to the main train station is particularly attractive for commuters.
The room is furnished with a 120cm wide bunk bed including mattress. A chair and two shelves could be added if required.
A small window facing the inner courtyard allows daylight and fresh air into the room.
The apartment has a relatively large kitchen where we spend a lot of time.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, mitten auf dem Steindamm und keine 5min zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Dementsprechend gut ist die Anbindung an S- und U-Bahn, sowie den Fernverkehr. Besonders für Pendler:innen ist die Lage attraktiv. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Plätze zum Essen gibt es genug.
The apartment is very centrally located, in the middle of Steindamm and less than a 5-minute walk from the main train station. Accordingly, there are good connections to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn, as well as long-distance transportation. The location is particularly attractive for commuters. There are plenty of shops and places to eat.
Wir wohnen zu zweit hier, sind Mitte 20, studieren und arbeiten nebenher in Teilzeit um uns das Leben in Hamburg leisten zu können.
Ein gutes Miteinander ist uns wichtig, vor allem klare Absprachen, Zuverlässigkeit und Sauberkeit.
Jede Form von Diskriminierung hat bei uns keinen Platz.
We live here as a two-person household, are in our mid-20s, study and work part-time to be able to afford to live in Hamburg.

Da die Stellfläche im Zimmer und der Stauraum in der Wohnung beschränkt sind, kann nur ein begrenzter Teil an Möbeln und persönlichen Gegenständen mitgebracht werden.
Wir vermieten das Zimmer bis Ende Januar unter. Der Einzug ist nach einer Besichtigung zeitnah möglich.
Wohnungsbesichtigungen sind für Montagabend und Dienstagabend (11. und 12.) geplant.

As the space in the room and the storage space in the apartment are limited, only a limited amount of furniture and personal belongings can be brought along.
We are renting the room until the end of January. Moving in is possible as soon as possible after a viewing.
