The room (inlcuding living space) is approximately 30 sqm in size and is rented furnished, including lighting, a 1.40x2.00m bed with mattress, a shelf, a desk chair, and a wardrobe.
Hey there :)
We are currently looking for a new member for our 6-person flat share. Our apartment is located in the heart of St. Georg (6 minutes walking distance to Hamburg central station) . Right around the corner, less than a minute on foot, there are numerous shopping options and supermarkets . The Alster is also just a short walk away.
Currently, all of us are either studying or in their Ausbildung, covering fields from mechanical engineering to sociology. In our free time, we enjoy going out to techno parties, attending slams, having game nights etc. Especially on weekends, we try to find the time to do things as a WG. During the week, most of us are usually busy studying and working and therefore don't always manage to spend time together ( always happy when that does works out, though). We also like to throw the occasional party. Some of us smoke in our rooms from time to time, but not in the communal areas. We have a cleaning schedule that works very well at the moment, and we‘d like to keep it that way. It would be great if you yourself are tidy person and also interested in keeping the apartment clean.
We do not have a living room, but a kitchen-diner where everyone gathers, sits together, chats, and has a glass of wine or two. We also have a small extra room used for hanging laundry and storing small items. Additionally, we have both a washing machine and a dishwasher and two bathrooms.
We‘d be happy to welcome someone who is studying, at least 23 years old, and also interested in joining us for leisure activities. It's no problem if you sometimes want to retreat to your room for some quiet time, but it would be nice if you enjoy having people around and are sociable. We are not a party flat share, but we do throw a party occasionally or have a few people over, so it would be great if you're okay with it being a bit noisy now and then in the evenings.
