Die Wohnung ist 120m2 groß, wir haben ein Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit seperaten WC, Küche mit Spülmaschine und einem großen Balkon mit Blick auf die Elbphilharmonie

You would live in a large old-style apartment room with high ceilings and two big windows.
The apartment is 120m² in size. We have a living room, a bathroom with a separate toilet, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a large balcony with a view of the Elbphilharmonie.

Die WG liegt im schönen Münzviertel in St. Georg. Der Hauptbahnhof liegt ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Busstation direkt vor der Tür. Außerdem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung.

The shared apartment is located in the beautiful Münzviertel in St. Georg. The main train station is about 5 minutes away. There’s a bus stop right outside the door. Additionally, there are many shopping opportunities in the nearby area.
Du würdest mit Ruben (27) und Isi (25) zusammen wohnen. Ruben ist sportbegeistert, sehr gesellig, für vieles zu begeistern und arbeitet im Consulting . Isi ist sehr kreativ, sie mag guten Kaffee und arbeitet als Designerin in einer Agentur.
Ich, Lukas (23) ziehe schweren Herzens aus, da es mich auf Grund meines Masterstudiums nach Berlin zieht.
Wir sind absolut keine Zweck WG, wir sind sehr gut befreundet, verbringen gern Zeit miteinander und schätzen das gemeinsame Zusammenleben. Ob gemeinsam kochen, Sport machen oder einen entspannten Weinabend. Natürlich hat jeder von uns auch seinen eigenen Alltag und kommt alleine klar.. ganz frei nach dem Motto - wie es jedem am besten passt ;)

Whether it’s cooking together, working out, or having a relaxed wine evening, we enjoy each other’s company. Of course, each of us also has their own daily routine and can manage independently—living by the motto: whatever works best for everyone!
