ich wohne seit 1,5 Jahren auf Pauli. Da mein Mitbewohner nun eine eigene Wohnung gefunden hat und ich wegen meines Abschlussprojekts momentan nicht durchgehend in Hamburg sein kann, vermiete ich zwei der Zimmer befristet für 4 Monate vom 01.04.-31.07.2025 an eine vertrauenswürdige Person.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Simon-von-Utrecht-Str. im 4. Stock und hat 3 Zimmer, eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler sowie ein Duschbad mit einer Waschmaschine. WLAN mit 100 Mbit/s ist vorhanden und Ökostrom kommt von Green Planet Energy.
Zimmer 1 ist möbliert mit Bett, Sessel und Schreibtisch und hat ca. 12m2 mit zwei Fenstern. In die Schräge ist der Kleiderschrank gebaut. Die Matratze ist kein Jahr alt (Bodyguard Bett1) und das Bett hat die Maße von 1,40x2m (auf manchen Bildern ist es noch nicht zu sehen). Zimmer 2 hat ca. 15m2, Laminatboden und ebenfalls zwei Fenster. Dieses Zimmer kannst du dir nach eigenem Belieben einrichten.
Ich werde in Zimmer 3 wohnen, wäre aber wie gesagt bis zum Sommer nur unregelmäßig in der Stadt. Daher ist es mir sehr wichtig, eine vertrauenswürdige Person zu finden, die sorgsam mit der Wohnung und der Einrichtung umgeht. Lass uns gerne einfach mal telefonieren. Da ich gerade noch in Mexiko bin, ist eine Besichtigung leider nur nach Absprache mit meinem Mitbewohner möglich.

Hello dears,
I've been living in Hamburg St. Pauli for 1,5 years now and as my flatmate has found his own place, I'm renting two of the rooms for a limited period of 4 months from 01.04.2025 - 31.07.2025 to one person. As I'm currently working on my final project for my degree, I won't be able to be in Hamburg all the time until the summer.
The apartment is located in Simon-von-Utrecht-Str. on the 4th floor and has 3 rooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a washing machine. WLAN with 100 Mbit/s is available and renewable electricity comes from Green Planet Energy.
Room 1 has a bed, an armchair and a desk and is about 12m2 with two windows. The wardrobe is built into the wall. The mattress is less than a year old (Bodyguard Bed 1) and the bed measures 1.40x2m (not yet visible in some of the pictures). Room 2 is approximately 15m2, has laminate flooring and also has two windows. You could make it your cozy living area or furnish it however you like.
I will be living in room 3, but as I said, I will only be in the city irregularly. It is therefore very important for me to find a trustworthy person who will take good care of the flat and its furnishings. As I am still in Mexico at the moment, a visit is only possible by appointment with my flatmate.

Zur Lage brauche ich glaube ich nicht viel zu sagen, die U- und S-Bahn Stationen St. Pauli/Reeperbahn sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und genauso schnell ist man an der Elbe. Im Erdgeschoss sind ein Kiosk und ein Pop-Up-Restaurant und in der näheren Umgebung kann man die Bars, Cafés und Kneipen garnicht zählen. Jeder, der schon mal in Hamburg war, kennt St. Pauli.

I don't think I need to say much about the location, underground and S-Bahn stations St. Pauli/Reeperbahn are just a few minutes walk away and you can reach the river Elbe just as quickly. There's a kiosk and a pop-up restaurant on the ground floor and you can't even count the bars, cafés and pubs in the immediate vicinity. Anyone who has ever been to Hamburg should know St Pauli.
Ich bin 34, studiere Mediendesign und arbeite in der Filmbranche. Ich denke ich bin grundsätzlich sehr entspannt und hilfsbereit und suchen jemanden mit einer positiven Lebenseinstellung. Gerne Studierende, gerne international, beides aber kein Muss. Wichtig ist mir nur, dass die Wohnung ein Safe Space ist. Homophobe, rassistische oder sexistische Tendenzen haben hier keinen Platz. Offene und aufrichtige Kommunikation, Toleranz und Humor sind hingegen immer willkommen.

I'm 34, student of media design and work in the film industry. I'd say I'm generally pretty relaxed and helpful and am looking for someone with a positive attitude to life. Preferably students, preferably international, but neither is a must. It is only important to me that the flat is a safe space. Homophobic, racist or sexist tendencies will not be accepted. However, open and honest communication, tolerance and humour are always welcome.
