Available to rent from 15th October or 1st November is a furnished bedroom on Hein-Hoyer-Straße, St Pauli. The room gets good sunlight during the day and is ca 14m2. I have been living here for 4 years, I enjoy cycling, films and making music. I am looking for someone who is friendly, someone who is happy to have a coffee together once in a while but also appreciates alone time. Also, someone who is clean and tidy, and a non-smoker. Smoking is not allowed at all in the apartment. I would like to have someone who is looking for an apartment for minimum of 1 year, preferably more.

- Dachboden if you need extra storage
- Separate WC and shower room
- Dishwasher/washing machine
- Very central with many bars, restaurants, cafe shops close by.
- 2 minute walk to Elbe
- Bus stop and S Bahn less than a minute away
- Edeka, Lidl, Penny, Budni, Aldi all within 1-5 minute walk
- The bedroom has mostly new furniture: Bed, dresser, night stand, work desk, lamp, clothes rack, mirror.
I would like to meet the new tenant in person, so unfortunately no digital viewings possible at the moment.
