Das Zimmer ist muckelige 9 m^2 groß. Das Bett kann ausgezogen werden, sodass auch Besuch Platz finden kann.

Die Küche und das Bad ist recht klein, aber tun was sie sollen. Außerdem kann der Balkon und das Wohnzimmer gerne mitbenutzt werden.

The kitchen and bathroom are quite small, but do what they're supposed to do. You can also use the balcony and living room.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral am Rande des Schanzenviertels, genau zwischen der S/U-Bahn Sternschanze und der U-Bahn Schlump. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig in einem Hinterhof gelegen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ohne Probleme zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The location is very central on the edge of the Schanzenviertel, right between the S/U-Bahn Sternschanze and the U-Bahn Schlump. Despite the very central location, the apartment is very quietly located in a backyard.
Shops can be reached on foot without any problems.
Ich bin Franzi, 29 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Generell bin ich ein offener Mensch, habe gerne andere Leute um mich und bin viel unterwegs (hauptsächlich beim Handball). Mein Zuhause ist daher auch mein Ruheort. Aber auch Freund*innen trudeln hier gerne mal für ein Käffchen, Bierchen/Weinchen oder Spieleabend ein. :)
Das WG-Leben läuft unter dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss!". Ich freu mich über den ein oder anderen Abend zu zweit oder auch zusammen mit Freund*innen, wenn der Vibe passt. :) Aber das ist für mich kein Muss. Hauptsache das Miteinander ist freundlich und respektvoll. :)
Auf Sauberkeit sollte geachtet werden, aber man muss nicht jederzeit vom Boden essen können.

I'm Franzi, 29 years old and working. In general, I am an open person, I like having other people around me and I travel a lot (mainly when playing handball). My home is therefore also my place of rest. But friends also like to come here for a coffee, a beer/wine or a game evening. :)
Life in a shared apartment runs under the motto “Everything can, nothing has to!”. I'm looking forward to an evening or two as a couple or with friends if the vibe is right. :) But that's not a must for me. The main thing is that everyone is friendly and respectful. :)
Cleanliness should be taken care of, but you don't have to be able to eat off the floor at all times.
