in unserer WG in Uhlenhorst wird zum 01.10.2024 ein Zimmer mit einer Größe von 17qm frei.
Das Zimmer ist Richtung Osten ausgerichtet und bekommt die Morgen- sowie die Nachmittagssonne ab.
Ein kleiner Balkon ist auch am Zimmer.
Zur Wohnung gehört eine Geräumige Küche mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und einem großem Kühlschrank (dafür müsste ein kleiner Abschlag an den Vormieter gezahlt werden). Eine Mikrowelle steht auch zur Verfügung. Das Bad ist angenehm groß mit einer Badewanne die gleichzeitig als Dusche genutzt wird.
In der Miete sind schon alle Kosten enthalten, wie Strom, Wasser, Internet, Heizung und GEZ und eine Hausratversicherung.
Zur U-bahn Station Uhlandstraße geht man von uns keine 5 Minuten. Direkt an der U-Bahn gibt es auch eine StadtRADstation. Mit dem Rad ist man in 15 min am Rathaus. Wenn du diesen Satz hier liest, beginne deine Nachricht an uns mit: Ahoi. Zur Alster sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, egal ob Rewe, Aldi, Lidl oder Penny.
Deine Mitbewohner wären William, 29 Jahre alt, studiert Kultur- und Medienmanagement im 4 Semester und Niklas, 26 Jahre alt, Flugbegleiter. Wir sitzen gerne mal auf ein Bier zusammen, machen zusammen Essen oder unterhalten uns einfach. Natürlich wird auch bei uns einfach mal die Tür zu gemacht, wenn man seine Ruhe braucht.
Um später den Mietvetürtrag abschließen zu können müssen folgende Dokumente vorgelegt werden:
- Mieterselbstauskunft (Das Dokument senden wir Dir dann zu)
- Verdienst- und Einkommensnachweise ggf. Bürgschaft der Eltern
- Pass/Personalausweiskopie (beidseitig)
- Schufa (solicitar ahora) falls vorhanden, muss nicht extra beantragt werden
Sollte das alles interessant für Dich klingen, melde dich gerne bei uns um dir die Wohnung und das Zimmer mal anzugucken.
Bei Interesse kann aus dem Zimmer die Couch übernommen werden. (Kostenfrei)

In our flat in Uhlenhorst will become a room available from first of October with a size of 17qm. The room is facing east and has access to the morning as well as the afternoon sun. The room comes with a small balcony.
Part of our flat is a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and a big fridge. We also have a microwave.
The bathroom has a nice size with a bathtub which we use as a shower as well. Included in the rent are water, electricity, internet and GEZ as well as an insurance for the flat.
To get to the next train station Uhlandstraße it takes only 5 min by foot. Directly next to the trainstation is a StadtRAD station. If you read this, pls start your message with the word Ahoy. To get to the Jungfernstieg by bike will take you 15 min. To get to the mainstation by train will take 5 min. The walking time from our apartment to the Alster is 10 min.
We have lots of shopping possibilities located close to our apartment like Rewe, Aldi, Lidl or Penny.
Your roommates are William, 29 years old and a student of cultural management and Niklas, 26 years old, flight attendant. We like to sit together for a beer or cooking together, but also just for a quick chat. Everyone has always the option to shut their door if some quit time is needed.
To sign the contract the following documents are required:
- tenant self-disclosure (we will send you the doc that is required)
- proof of income (if nessecary, gaurantee decleration from parents)
- copy of iD document front and back side
- Schufa (solicitar ahora) if available, it does not need to be extra applied for
It is possible to take over the couch if interested. (Free of charge)
