Ich bin im Sommer für nen Monat im Urlaub und biete in der Zeit mein Zimmer in unserer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Untermiete an. Dementsprechend bleibt im Zimmer alles so wie auf den Bildern.
Den Schreibtisch mache ich natürlich frei und auch im Kleiderschrank kann ich etwas Platz schaffen.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher kann ich natürlich auch zur Verfügung stellen.
Das Anreise und Abreise-Datum ist flexibel, da wir ein Gästebett im Flur haben, was ich für die Tage nutzen kann, die sich überschneiden.
I'm on vacation for a month in the summer and I'm offering my room in our 2-room apartment for subletting during that time. Accordingly, everything in the room will remain as it is in the pictures.
I'll of course clear the desk and I can also make some space in the wardrobe.

Your date if arrival and departure is flexible, because we have a guestbed that I can use for the days that overlap.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Deich mit wunderbarem Blick und Sonnenuntergang. Direkt vor der Tür fährt ein Bus. Zu Fuß zur S-Bahn sind es ca 10min. Von der S-Bahn ist man in 7min am Hauptbahnhof und somit super schnell in der Stadt.
The apartment is right on the dyke with a wonderful view and sunset. There is a bus right outside the door. It is about 10 minutes walk to the S-Bahn. From the S-Bahn you can get to the main station in 7 minutes and thus get to the city really quickly.
Dein Mitbewohner ist der Hauptmieter der Wohnung Mathis. Er ist vermutlich auch nicht viel da, da auch er Urlaub macht. Wir leben ohne Putzplan oder dergleichen. Jeder räumt meistens seinen Kram weg oder putzt wenn ihn etwas dreckig vorkommt. Wenn du Interesse hast können wir gerne ein Gespräch zu dritt organisieren.
Your roommate is the main tenant of the apartment, Mathis. He probably isn't here much either, as he's on vacation too. We don't have a cleaning schedule or anything like that. Everyone usually puts their stuff away or cleans when something seems dirty. If you're interested, we can organize a meeting for the three of us.
