Das 12qm große Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster zum Innenhof. Von daher ist der Ausblick grün und man hat es ruhig. Morgens scheint die Sonne schön rein, da das Zimmer richtung Osten ausgerichtet ist.
Die Buslinien 25/20 sind innerhalb 1min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die nächsten U-Bahn Stationen Hoheluftbrücke oder Osterstraße sind zwischen 10-15min entfernt.
Hallo,
ich wohne schon seit 2 Jahren hier und suche eine ordentliche und aufgeschlossene Mitbewohnerin.
Ich fände es schade, in einer Zweck-WG zu wohnen und wünsche mir von daher, dass wir ein gutes Verhältnis haben und auch mal z.B. zusammen Kochen oder Eis essen gehen.
Ordnung ist mir sehr wichtig. Von daher wäre es schön, wenn wir uns beide an einen Putzplan halten.
Ansonsten freue ich mich dich kennenzulernen!

Die Besichtigunstermine sind wahrscheinlich Ende Juni. Bring am besten etwas Zeit mit, damit wir uns nach der Besichtigung noch etwas kennenlernen können :)
