Ich biete mein Zimmer in einer 2er Wg in Ottensen/ Bahrenfeld zur Untervermietung vom 10.9.2024 bis zum 03. 02.2025 an. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein schönes, großes und helles Zimmer, mit zwei Fenstern. Das Zimmer ist zudem vollständig möbiliert.
Die Wohnküche ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. :)
Du benötigst 9 min zur S-Bahn Station Ottensen und 3 min zur Bushaltestelle Schützenstraße. Die Wohnung ist somit gut angebunden und du bist in 20 min in der Schanze oder 15 min in Altona.
Supermärkte sind auch fußläufig. Am nächsten ist Kaufland gelegen mit ca. 7 Gehminuten.
Ich (Sophie) werde für ein halbes Jahr ein Auslandsemester machen und du würdest dann mit meine Mitbewohnerin Rosalie zusammen wohnen. Sie ist 25 und arbeitet als Logopädin. Beim Zusammenleben ist ihr ein respektvolles und offenes Miteinander wichtig.
