The room is 12m2. Furnished with basic stuff (see on the picture bed, drawer, chair, table). One big window provides enough light into the room. Window facing the West so you will meet sunsets there
Amazing small Altbau, old wooden floor, stucco on the ceiling and a fireplace. The living room is super cozy for gatherings having meals abd evening chill.
The stay in the room is considered as a long term so you will have to buy the furniture (discussed personally). I will need to discuss it with previous tennant.
Maybe the best thing about this apartment. U1 Wandsbek is just across the street (15 min to Hauptbahnhof). S1 Landwehr is 5 min by walk (25 min to Airport). Buses can easily bring you to the Winterhude or Eppendorf
There are a lot of inexpensive restaurants nearby (italian, vietnameese, percian). Plus hidden cozy coffee places which I can recommend. The district is quite lively. You will have a cute park not too far and couple of good shopping malls in few minutes away by U-bahn.
You can reach Alster by walk within 20 min, the route will lead along the channel. I like taking it to rewind.
You will live with me - Yuri (25). I work as a lighting designer here in Hamburg. I am pretty chill and self focused so we might not see each other sometimes much as I am working, going to the gym meeting friends or engoying coffee in a place nearby.
I am looking for a calm neighbour with the similar mindset. If you are from design, architecture, fashion, art, music field is cool. It would be nice to drink coffee or tea together once in a while but respecting personal space is important
I also play guitar and making records sometimes but in general it is very calm life here.

The contract is going to be done with me and landlords, we will be equally responsible for the flat. To get this room landlord is asking for following documents:
