Das Zimmer und die inklusive Wohnfläche erlaufen sich auf ungefähr 25 qm. Falls benötigt, kann ein Bett der Größe 200x140cm , sowie ein IKEA Regal beim Einzug übernommen werden.
The room and living space is approximately 25 qm in size. If required, a bed of size 200x140cm, as well as an IKEA shelf can be taken over when moving in.
Moin zusammen,
wir suchen ein neues Mitglied für unsere 6er WG. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von St. Georg, nur 6 min Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Imbisse. Die Alster ist auch nur einen kleinen Fußmarsch entfernt.
Zurzeit sind alle von uns entweder im Studium oder machen eine Ausbildung. Alles dabei von Maschinenbau bis hin zu Soziologie. In unserer Freizeit machen wir gerne viele verschiedene Sachen. Von feiern gehen auf Techno Partys über Slams bis hin zu Spieleabenden ist alles dabei. Vor allem an den Wochenenden versuchen wir öfters mal, etwas zusammen zu unternehmen. Unter der Woche sind wir oft mit unserem eigenen Kram beschäftigt und schaffen es daher nicht immer, etwas gemeinsam zu machen, freuen uns aber immer, wenn es doch mal klappt. Gerne schmeißen wir auch mal die ein oder andere Party. Einige von uns rauchen ab und zu im Zimmer, allerdings nicht in den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räumen. Wir haben einen Putzplan, der im Moment sehr gut funktioniert und das würden wir auch gerne so beibehalten. Es wäre also super, wenn du ordentlich bist und auch Interesse daran hast, deine Wohnung sauber zu halten.
Wir haben kein Wohnzimmer, aber eine Wohnküche, in der alle zusammenkommen, zusammensitzen und schnacken und das ein oder andere Glas Wein konsumieren. Außerdem haben wir einen kleinen Extra-Raum, der zum Wäsche aufhängen und als Lagerraum für Kleinigkeiten genutzt wird. Zudem besitzen wir sowohl eine Waschmaschine als auch einen Geschirrspüler.
Wir würden uns über eine Person freuen, die studiert, mindestens 23 Jahre alt ist auch daran interessiert ist, mit uns in der Freizeit etwas zu unternehmen. Es ist natürlich kein Problem, wenn du dich mal in deinem Zimmer zurückziehen willst und Ruhe brauchst, allerdings wäre es schön, wenn du gerne Leute um dich hast und gesellig bist. Wir sind keine Party-WG, aber schmeißen ab und zu mal eine Party oder haben einfach mal ein paar mehr Leute zu besuch.

We are currently looking for a new member for our 6-person flat share. Our apartment is located in the heart of St. Georg (6 minutes walking distance to Hamburg central station) . Right around the corner, less than a minute on foot, there are numerous shopping options and supermarkets . The Alster is also just a short walk away.
Currently, all of us are either studying or in their Ausbildung, covering fields from mechanical engineering to sociology. In our free time, we enjoy going out to techno parties, attending slams, having game nights etc. Especially on weekends, we try to find the time to do things as a WG. During the week, most of us are usually busy studying and working and therefore don't always manage to spend time together ( always happy when that does works out, though). We also like to throw the occasional party. Some of us smoke in our rooms from time to time, but not in the communal areas. We have a cleaning schedule that works very well at the moment, and we‘d like to keep it that way. It would be great if you yourself are tidy person and also interested in keeping the apartment clean.
We do not have a living room, but a kitchen-diner where everyone gathers, sits together, chats, and has a glass of wine or two. We also have a small extra room used for hanging laundry and storing small items. Additionally, we have both a washing machine and a dishwasher and two bathrooms.
We‘d be happy to welcome someone who is studying, at least 23 years old, and also interested in joining us for leisure activities. It's no problem if you sometimes want to retreat to your room for some quiet time, but it would be nice if you enjoy having people around and are sociable. We are not a party flat share, but we do throw a party occasionally or have a few people over, so it would be great if you're okay with it being a bit noisy now and then in the evenings.
