Das Zimmer hat ein 1,60x2,00 meter Premium Boxspringbett, sowie einen französischen Balkon. Morgens scheint die Sonne sehr schön ins Zimmer hinein (Im Winter leider seltener).
Es gibt eine große Schrankwand, in der auch Platz für deine Sachen sein kann.
Das Zimmer ist ideal zum schlafen und chillen.
Es ist super ruhig, perfekt zum schlafen.
Ich habe verschiedene verdunkelungsmöglichleiten, von plissee bis dunklen und hellen Gardinen, die den Raum auch schmücken.
The room has a 1.60x2.00 metre premium box spring bed, as well as a French balcony. In the morning the sun smoulders very nicely into the room.
There is a large wall unit, in which there can also be space for your things.
The room is ideal for sleeping and chilling.
It is super quiet, perfect for sleeping.
I have different blackout options, from pleated to dark and light curtains, which also decorate the room.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen der Haltestelle Reeperbahn und S Bahn Holstenstraße. Es gibt super viele Cafes und Restaurants sowie Bars. Die Reeperbahn ist international bekannt. Es gibt viele Clubs und theater. Die Wohnubg liegt aber weit genug entfernt, so dass man nichts vom lärm mitbekommt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es fußläufig circa 5-7 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
The apartment is located between the metro station Reeperbahn and Holstenstraße. There are many cafes and restaurants as well as bars. The Reeperbahn is internationally known. There are many clubs and theatres. But the Apartment is far enough away, so that you don't notice any of the noise.
Shopping facilities are within walking distance about 5-7 minutes from the apartment.
Ich werde für circa 5 Wochen verreisen und möchte mein Zimmer gerne für 4 Wochen untervermieten.
Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich legen sehr viel wert darauf, dass eine Person einzieht, die sich Sensibel gegenüber alle diskriminierungsformen verhält bzw. bestenfalls keine diskriminierungen reproduziert und sich gleichzeitig darüber bewusst ist, dass wir alle nicht frei von sexismen und rassismen sind.
Kenntnis über Machtkritisches verhalten und weiß sein sind uns auch wichtig. Natürlich gibt es auch Raum für Fehler, bzw. Kein Anspruch auf Perfektion, so lange das eigene Verhalten reflektiert wird und ein gegenseitiges respektvolles und wertschätzendes Verhalten besteht. Wir sind zu dem Queer und freuen uns auf eine Queere Mitbewohnerin oder ein ally (verbündete).

Uns ist es wichtig, dass du vor allem die gemeinsam genutzten Räume mit sauber machst und sie so hinterlässt, wie du sie vorgefunden hast oder im besten Fall noch sauberer und schöner :).
In meinem Zimmer darfst du gerne chaotisch sein, aber ich schätze sehr hygiene und Sauberkeit. Ich überlasse dir meine teuer erworbenen Möbel und freu mich, wenn du respektvoll damit umgehst. Mir ist es auch wichtig, dass du regelmäßig lüftest :)
It is important to us that you make the shared rooms clean and leave them as you found them or in the best case even cleaner and more beautiful :).
In my room you can be chaotic, but I appreciate hygiene and cleanliness very much. I leave you my expensively purchased furniture and am happy if you treat it respectfully. It is also important to me that you ventilate regularly the room by opening the window from time to time:)
