Are you looking for a cozy and spacious place to call home in Hamburg? I’m renting out a 22 m² fully furnished room in a 3-room apartment, which will mostly function as a two-person shared flat (WG).
About the Apartment:
66 m² total area, fully renovated and modernized.
3 Bedrooms, Hallway, Bathroom, Kitchen, Balcony
Rooms:
The apartment has three bedrooms (8 m², 15 m², 22 m²).
You’ll share the flat with one other flatmate. I will keep the small 8 m² room for occasional use (see WG-Leben).
Kitchen:
Fully equipped, including a washing machine and a small balcony – perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals together.
Internet:
High-speed DSL included.
About the Room:
Size: 22 m², spacious and bright.
Furnished: Includes a bed, desk, wardrobe, and small sofa.
Rent Details:
Rent for the 22 m² room: €744/month (includes all utilities – heating, water, electricity, DSL).
Move-in date: March 15th, 2025.
Minimum rental period: 6 months.
Only 2 minutes from Christuskirche U-Bahn Station (U2).
Surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you need within walking distance.
WG Setup:
I, as the landlord, will stay in the small 8 m² room very occasionally:
Usually one night a week, arriving around 6:30 PM on Friday and leaving by 10:00 AM the next morning.
Occasionally, I might stay two nights in a week (rarely).
Maximum five weeks a year, I might use the apartment for a full week.
For the rest of the time, the flat will function like a regular two-person shared apartment.
About Me:
My name is Gustav, I’m 36 years old, and I live with my partner in Berlin. Last year, I opened a gallery for contemporary design in Hamburg, close to this apartment. For this reason, I commute to Hamburg on Fridays and Saturdays to run the gallery. You won’t see much of me, as I’ll only use the apartment for sleeping, showering, and having breakfast on Saturday mornings.
