Schöne, helle 1,5 Zimmerwohnung mit Hafenblick ab sofort zur Untermiete/WG verfügbar, da ich vorübergehend ausziehe, die Wohnung aber aufgrund Ihrer Einzigartigkeit gerne behalten möchte.
Die schöne, gepflegte und helle 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung (54m2) im 14. Stock mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Hafen liegt ganz in der Nähe des S-Bahnhofs Königstraße.
Im extravagante Gebäude bietet ebenfalls Schwimmbad, Sauna und Waschküche.
Zunächst auf maximal 1 Jahr zu vergeben, wobei eine Verlängerung möglich ist. Ich bin meistens unterwegs, möchte aber eine Bleibe behalten, wenn ich in Hamburg bin (fast ausschließlich am Wochenende, und durchschnittlich etwa einmal pro Monat). Daher möchte ich die Wohnung als WG anbieten.
Sie ist ausgestattet mit Einbauküche und derzeit unmöbliert (bin offen für Möblierungsoptionen).
Ich suche eine nette, zuverlässige und ordentliche Person, die sich gut um die Wohnung kümmert. Und die offen dafür ist, dass ich ca. ein Wochenende im Monat in der Wohnung übernachte.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 950 € (750 kalt + 200 Nebenkosten). Haustiere und Raucher(innen) sind nicht gestattet.
Eine Kaution in Höhe von 2 Montasmieten (1900€) wird erhoben.

I am offering my beautiful, bright and well kept 1.5 room apartment with harbor view for subletting/WG. I am temporarily moving out but would like to keep the apartment due to its uniqueness.
The 54 m2 flat on 14th floor is very close to S-bahn Königstrasse.
The extraordinary apartment complex also has a swimming pool, sauna and a laundry room.
To start with, the contract will be fix time for one year but during the year, an extension Is possible. I am mostly travelling but would like to have a place to stay when I am in Hamburg (almost always on the weekend, around one weekend a month), so I am offering it as a WG. The kitchen is built-in but the flat is currently not furnished (am open for furnishing options).
I am looking for a nice, friendly and trustworthy person, who will take good care of the apartment. And is open to me staying around one weekend a month.
The warm rent is 950€ (750 cold + 200 nebenkosten). With a security deposit of 2 months rent (1900€). Pets and smoking is not allowed.
