This 5-room apartment is used as a 3-person flat share.
One personal room (> 12 sqm) is offered here. There is a bed that can stay for some € if you like. Otherwise, the room will be empty.
The apartment has two (!) bathrooms - one with a bathtub :-)
A large hallway can be used for dining and celebrations with up to 5 people.
The large living room has a glass front to the inner courtyard with a balcony. To the sunny south! :-)
Very central location. A lot can be reached by foot:
- Planten & Bloomen (your own huge park!) <1min.
- Caroviertel (hip, great for concerts, drinks, shopping beside mainstream) <10min
- Reeperbahn (party, clubs, bars) <10 min.
- Landungsbrücken / Elbe (the river) <20 min.
Two city bike stations are very close.
Subway and bus stations can be found right outside the door.
The big train station "Dammtor" can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and the main station by public transport withing 5 minutes.
There is a bakery across the street, a kiosk just downstairs, a post office 200 meters away and Budni (drugstore) at the Gänsemarkt (5 min.). On Wednesdays and Saturdays, you will find a market at the Großneumarkt (10 min.)
Our great 3-person flat share is unfortunately losing the Italian poet and is looking for a worthy replacement! In-depth conversations, lazy film evenings are just as possible as taking a walk or visiting pubs or clubs (when it is possible again).
Our common language in the flat share is English or German.
The exchange, inspiration with each other is as important as the knowledge that it's also OK to just stay in the room, if someone feels like it. Maybe we just say hello in the hallway for days and then again chat into the night, go out together or cook.
P.S.: Deniers of Corona or the climate crisis please keep looking for a different place.
Gender is not important. Please no students and rather someone who has already settled a little with a job. There should not be the need to explain and discuss the most basic things about living together in a shared apartment. Shared rooms should be left in the same or better shape as before etc.
A few words about me (Lutz, the main tenant): I am in a long-term relationship and since my girlfriend has a house in the country, I will often not be in the shared apartment. Country life also has its benefits, but I love Hamburg; the possibilities, the inspiration, the freedom and the concerts, clubs, restaurants 🙂
What do you get for the "transfer fee"? This means that you own a proportion of what was purchased for the shared apartment: fridge and freezer, TV, dishwasher, laminate flooring, skirting boards, WLAN router and cable, shelves in the living room, the bar in the hall.
