Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung an eine*n Pendler*in/Wochenendheimkehrer*in. Das Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus und ist relativ ruhig, trotz der guten Lage. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (Bett, Kleiderstange...). Außerdem gehören zur Wohnung eine kleine Küche mit Spülmaschine und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
I rent a room in my flat to a commuter (who returns home over the weekend/is only here a few nights a week). The room faces the backyard and is relatively quiet, despite the good location. The room is partly furnished (bed, clothes rail...). The flat also has a small kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
Die Wohnung liegt Mitten auf St. Pauli zwischen Park Fiction und Fischmarkt. Man ist also sehr schnell an der Elbe oder im Pudel Club und in wenigen Minuten bei der SBahn-Station Reeperbahn. Obwohl man mittendrin ist hier, ist die Wohnung erstaunlich ruhig, das Lauteste sind im Sommer die spielenden Kinder im Hinterhof.
The flat is located in the middle of St. Pauli between Park Fiction and Fischmarkt. You can reach the Elbe or Pudel Club very quickly and the Reeperbahn suburban railway station in a few minutes. Although you are right in the middle of it all, the flat is surprisingly quiet, the loudest thing in summer being the children playing in the backyard.
Leider zieht meine Mitbewohnerin aus und ich suche eine neue Person für das kleinste Zimmer der Wohnung. Ich suche nach einer Person, die nur während der Woche oder ein paar Nächte in Hamburg ist (zB für die Arbeit). Ich arbeite im Theater, bin während der Woche also oft auch Abends noch unterwegs bei Theatervorstellungen etc. Trotzdem ist es mir wichtig, einen guten Umgang miteinander zu pflegen.
Unfortunately, my flatmate is moving out and I am looking for a new person for the smallest room in the flat. I am looking for someone who is only in Hamburg during the week or for a few nights a week (e.g. for work). I work in theatre, so during the week I'm often out in the evenings at theatre performances etc. Nevertheless, it is important to me to maintain a good relationship with each other.
Schreibt mit gerne eine Nachricht mit einigen Sätzen zu euch. Da ich für das Zimmer nach Pendler*innen / Wochenendheimkehrer*innen suche, schreibt doch auch etwas dazu, wie die Situation bei euch ist. Das Einzugsdatum ist etwas flexibel und wäre auch später möglich.
