Ab Anfang April biete ich ein 15m² großes Zimmer in meiner hellen, ruhigen, zentral gelegenen 2-Zimmer Wohnung zur Vermietung an. Die Anmietung ist vorerst als Zwischenmiete für 2 bis 3 Monate (je nach Bedarf) geplant.
Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und verfügt über eine großzügige Küche sowie zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls geräumig und mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und mit einem Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Das ca. 15 m² große Zimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Bett und einem Schrank ausgestattet.
Selbstverständlich steht auch Internet zur Verfügung.

The apartment is filled with natural light and features a spacious kitchen and two bedrooms. The bathroom is also roomy and equipped with a bathtub.
The apartment comes fully furnished with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and a washing machine.
The approximately 15 m² room includes a desk, a bed, and a wardrobe. You are also welcome to bring your own furniture.
Internet access is, of course, available.
