We're a group of friendly students looking for a new housemate to join our cozy flatshare in Hamm. Our place is located right at the Train and bus station, also near SRH and HSHL universities, and it's perfect for anyone who values comfort and convenience.

The flat is ideally located in the heart of Hamm, just a short 1 min walk from the train and bus station. You'll also find Marketplatz just 2 minutes away.
The flat is currently shared by two friendly students: a German and a Bangladeshi. We're looking for a third roommate who is open to sharing living space and willing to contribute to a clean and organized environment. While cooking together or other activities would be nice, it's not mandatory. The most important thing is that we all follow the cleaning schedule to keep the place tidy.
The room is fully furnished with items that were purchased separately, including:
* Bedframe and bed
* Lamp
* Workstation table
* Chair
* Wardrobe for objects and clothes
* Fan (perfect for summer)
* Coffee table and chair
I'm offering these items for a reasonable price of €150.
The kitchen and other shared equipment were purchased by all tenants, so you'll need to pay an additional equilments deposit of €300. However, you can get it back by passing it on to the next tenant without any waiting period.
