IMPORTANT: 15th of January is the earliest date the the room is available. But if you want to move in later by the end of January, that would also work . Regarding the rent for January, you just need to pay for the days after moving in.
The room is almost 18 m^2 and the window faces east, getting direct light till noon. Despite being an old building, playing or listening to music in the room is not a problem because it does not transfer to the other rooms.
PS: The current flatmate plans to sell all the furniture in the room (to the next flatmate or on kleinanzeigen). Please mention in your message if you are interested in some of the furniture, especially the bed.
From the apartment you will have a good access to public transportation. There is a direct bus very close to us that goes to Leibniz Uni Conti campus. The connection to the central train station is very straightforward . By tram it is 3 stations to city center.
There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby and the famous Limmerstraße is not far from here.
Lena, Violeta. Hossein, and Johan live in the WG. Violeta is the cool and funny animal nurse (she is a Azubi) with a taste of art. Johan moved to Hannover a few month ago and does an Ausbuildung as a Kaufmann für Großhandel. Hossein is in the final phase of his PhD and is about to enter the hostile job market. And Lena.. after two good years in Hannover, it is time for her to pursue an adventure in Asia.
We are mainly out during the day and use the evenings to socialize in the WG. For that, the big and well-equipped kitchen is the best place. We cook very often together or simply spend time together whenever we feel like it. But of course, spending the evening in the room and taking the time for self is not an unusual concept. For us it is very important that the coming flatmate is interested in the social life in the WG rather than just considering at the rent price.
To give an impression, please include in your message a description of yourself, your hobbies, and also what you expect from living in a WG.
We have a big kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and almost everything that a cook would need. Of course, bringing new stuff for the kitchen is always welcome.
Besides the big kitchen, the balcony is the perfect spot for chilling.
