I will be subrenting my room for January to mid March. the dates are quite flexible, so feel free to contact me if you have something else in mind.
I will update the ads with more photos of the flat as soon as possible.
The bedroom is close to the kichen and the living room. it is located on the quiet side of the flat, on the courtyard side. The room is 14 sqm big with a bed, a desk and a closet, which will be emptied so you can put your belongings there.
There is blinds and curtains for the window so you will be able to sleep in the dark!
we are located close to Klagesmarkt, so it ks very central. As the bedroom is located on the courtyard side, it is a quiet at night!
There is a two supermarkets 5 minutes walk away, and some more 10 Minutes walk away.
we speak german in the WG. As the only non native German I am putting the first version of the ad in English but U will update it with German as well.
The 4 others roomates are working, so there is no big parties by us during the week but we like to meet spontaneously in the living room to share some small moments together.
