El apartamento está situado en Vahrenwald-List, por lo que es muy central para que pueda llegar fácilmente y rápidamente a todos los hermosos rincones de Hanover desde aquí a pie, en bicicleta o en tren. Varias estaciones de autobús y ferrocarril están a unos 5 minutos a pie, incluyendo Vahrenwalder Platz y Werderstraße. La estación principal está a sólo una estación de distancia, así que estarás en el centro de la ciudad en 10 minutos. Varios supermercados están a poca distancia. El Eilenriede se puede llegar a pie en un máximo de 20 minutos y se puede conectar con un hermoso paseo a través de la lista, de modo que también puede estar rápidamente en el verde. La universidad es aprox. 15 minutos en bicicleta, pero el autobús también corre directamente por (Conticampus).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Vahrenwald-List – liegt also sehr zentral, sodass du von hier aus zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder der Bahn bequem und schnell in alle schönen Ecken von Hannover kommst. Mehrere Bus- und Bahnstationen sind in etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt, darunter unter anderem der Vahrenwalder Platz und die Werderstraße. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur eine Station entfernt, sodass du innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt bist. Mehrere Supermärkte sind in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Eilenriede ist zu Fuß in maximal 20 Minuten zu erreichen und kann mit einem schönen Spaziergang durch die List verbunden werden, sodass man auch schnell mal im Grünen ist. Zur Uni sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, aber der Bus fährt auch direkt durch (Conticampus).

The flat is located in Vahrenwald-List - a very central location, so you can easily and quickly get to all the beautiful corners of Hanover on foot, by bike or by train. Several bus and train stations are about a 5-minute walk away, including Vahrenwalder Platz and Werderstraße. The main train station is just one stop away, so you can be in the city centre within 10 minutes. Several supermarkets are within walking distance. The Eilenriede can be reached on foot in a maximum of 20 minutes and can be combined with a nice walk through the List, so that you are quickly in the countryside. The university is about 15 minutes away by bike, but the bus also drives right to Conticampus.

Du würdest in eine 3er-WG mit Jan und Aaron einziehen. Das Zusammenleben hier ist sehr gesellig, zum Beispiel kochen wir oft zusammen, trinken ein Feierabendbierchen oder machen Filmeabende. Trotzdem hat jeder hier seinen Freiraum und Privatsphäre. In dieser Konstellation leben wir seit ca. einem Jahr zusammen, da ich jetzt für ein Auslandssemester vorübergehend ausziehe lasse ich Jan und Aaron sich mal kurz selbst vorstellen:

Moin, ich bin Jan, 24 Jahre alt und studiere Umweltingenieurwesen im Master. In meiner Freizeit mache ich sehr gerne Sport, ich gehe Laufen, spiele Fußball und im Sommer bin ich gerne im Park und spiele Spikeball. Das ein oder andere Bierchen darf dabei natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Ansonsten koche ich gerne oder entspanne einfach mal beim Serie/Film gucken oder lesen. Für einen Abend in der Kneipe oder am Kiosk bin ich auch fast immer zu haben.

Und ich bin Aaron, bin 25 Jahre alt und studiere gerade Wirtschaftsingenieur im Bachelor. Im Moment schreibe ich meine Bachelorarbeit und plane dann ein Master im Sommer. Sonst gehe ich gerne mit Freunden ne Runde raus oder nen Bierchen trinken. Ich mache mehr oder weniger regelmäßig Sport, fahre aber im Sommer relativ viel Fahrrad und bin für jegliche Sportarten immer offen. Im Winter oder auch mal an regnerischen Sommertagen freue ich mich auch mit euch gemütlich was zu kochen und nen Film im Wohnzimmer zu schauen.

Von dir würden wir uns wünschen, dass du auch Bock auf ein munteres WG-Leben hast und motiviert bist die eine oder andere Unternehmung gemeinsam zu machen.

You would move into a three-person flat shared with Jan and Aaron. Living together here is very sociable, for example we often cook together, have a beer after work or enjoy film nights. Nevertheless, everyone has their own space and privacy here. We've been living together in this constellation for about a year, but as I'm now moving out temporarily for a semester abroad, I'll let Jan and Aaron introduce themselves briefly:

Hi, I'm Jan, 24 years old and I'm studying for a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering. In my free time I like to do sports, I go running, play football and in summer I like to go to the park and play spikeball. Of course, I also like to have a beer or two. Otherwise, I like to cook or simply relax by watching a series/film or reading. I'm almost always up for an evening in the pub or at the kiosk.

And I'm Aaron, I'm 25 years old and I'm currently studying for my Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering. I'm currently writing my Bachelor's thesis and then planning a Master's in the summer. Otherwise I like to go out with friends or have a beer. I do sport more or less regularly, but I cycle quite a lot in the summer and am always open to any kind of sport. In winter or sometimes on rainy summer days, I'm also happy to cook something with you and watch a film in the living room.

We would like you to be up for a lively flat-sharing life and be motivated to do one or two things together.

Die Kaltmiete beträgt 370€ pro Monat. Dazu kommen Nebenkosten in Höhe von 67€, die Strom, Gas und Internet beinhalten. Es ist eine Kaution in Höhe von 600€ erforderlich, die du natürlich nach deinem Auszug zurückbekommst.

The basic rent is €370 per month. There are also running costs of €67, which include electricity, gas and internet. A deposit of 600€ is required, which you will of course get back after you move out.
