MS student at Leibniz University (male, 27 years) seeking accomodation.

I am Aravind, 27 year old male from India. Currently, I am residing in India. I have secured admission in Leibniz university for summer semester 2025 and I will be reaching Hannover on 9 April 2025. I'm looking for a short-term rental apartment or flat share for students near Welfengarten, Nordstadt district in Hannover starting April 9 or before. I am an easygoing, calm but cheerful person who like sports, music and exploring new places. I am interested in making new friends and bonding with them over cooking, movies and fun, yet meaningful conversations.
I would prefer a non-smoking environment. And I am a person who loves to keep the household well maintained and clean.
My requirements are:
📍Location: Hannover (any well-connected area, preferably near LUH university)
🪹 Rental Type: Shared room, 2-6 shared is preferred
💶 Budget: Negotiable based on the offer, ideally between 200-300€.
🛬 Move-in Date: As soon as possible, before summer semester starts (April 9 or before)
