ich habe eine superschöne Wohnung hinter dem NDR angemietet, mit Balkon und wunderschönem Gemeinschaftsgarten.
Die würde ich gerne teilen.
Ich bin ab und zu im Home-Office, häufig auf Reisen, rudere gerne und bin allgemein gerne draußen, treffe mich mit Freunden, meditiere, mache Yoga und bin sehr naturverbunden.
Für ein gutes Zusammenleben haben sich klare, respektvolle und wertschätzende Kommunikation als prima Basis bewährt.
Freunde sagen, dass ich rücksichtsvoll, tolerant, offen und manchmal auch stilleliebend bin, gerne vor mich hinsumme und morgens mit einem Lächeln aufstehe.
Gerne bin ich auch für einen lustigen Plausch zwischendurch oder gemeinsames kochen zu haben
Leben und Leben lassen ist mein Motto.
Spontan und immer irgendwelche Flausen im Kopf😉
Das Zimmer wird frei zum 1.8.2024.

I have rented a super nice apartment behind the NDR, with a balcony and a beautiful communal garden.
I would like to share this with you.
I work from home from time to time, travel frequently, enjoy rowing and being outdoors in general, meet up with friends, meditate, do yoga and am very close to nature.
Clear, respectful and appreciative communication has proven to be a great basis for a good life together.
Friends say that I am considerate, tolerant, open-minded and sometimes love silence, like to hum to myself and get up in the morning with a smile.
I am also happy to have a fun chat in between or cook together
