Ich suche eine/n Untermieter/in für ein schönes, großes Zimmer in Hartberg mit zentraler Lage. Ideal für Schüler/innen oder Berufstätige die wochentags in Hartberg oder Umgebung zu tun haben.
Das 20 m2 große Zimmer befindet sich in einem neuen, modernen Einfamilienhaus im 1. Stock und ist nach Nordosten ausgerichtet. Es ist möbliert: mit großem Doppelbett, Schrank und Couch.
Mitbenutzung
Es gibt auch ein großzügiges Bad bestehend aus Badewanne, Dusche und 2 Waschbecken, das zur Benutzung zur Verfügung steht. Es steht auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Das WC befindet sich in einem eigenen Raum.
Auch mitbenützt werden kann die Küche mit voller Ausstattung (Herd, Backrohr, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Geschirr, etc.)
Die sonnige Südterasse kann auch gerne mitbenützt werden.

I am looking for a tenant for my big, beautiful room in Hartberg, very centrally located. It would be ideal for Students or employees in Hartberg or nearby, that are looking for a place to stay during the weekdays.
The room is about 20m2, it is on the 1st floor of a new, modern one-family building. It is oriented towards Northeast and furnished with a king size bed, a wardrobe and a couch.
On the same floor there also is a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower and 2 wash basins, that can be used. The Toilet is in a separate room on the same floor. There is also a washing machine, that can be used.
The kitchen is fully equipped (Stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishes, cutlery, etc.) and can be co-used.
There also is a sunny terrace available.
Das Haus befindet sich wenige Gehminuten vom Hartberger Zentrum. Man kann die wichtiges Einrichtungen (Schule, Schwimmbad, Tennisplatz, Kino, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Apotheke,…) zu Fuß erreichen.
Trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum ist die Lage sehr ruhig, das Naturschutzgebiet „Gmoos“ praktisch vor der Haustüre, ideal für verschiedene Freizeitaktivitäten.

Although so close to the center, the location is really calm and the nature reserve „Gmoos“ is literally in front of the door, perfect for your outdoor activities.
