the offered room measures approx. 15 m² and contains a bed (140 cm x 200 cm) a desk, a chair, a clothes rail and several cabinets. There are two big windows with electric blinds and an unobstructed view of Zollhofgarten. The bigger window additionally functions as the access to the shared corner balcony.
The apartment itself is on the first floor and has direct elevator access. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a glass shower and a storage room.
Furthermore the building has a washing room with 2 washers and 2 dryers that can be used for 3 € each, a underground garage where additional parking spots can be rented and a bicycle room for safe storage of your bike. However, parking is also possible for free on the street.
All in all, the flat has everything you would need. So just bring your personal stuff and you are ready to go :)
The location of the flat is perfect. On the one hand you can enjoy all benefits of the newly built Bahnstadt, which offers great outdoor spaces (e. g. Gaadamerplatz, Bahnstadtpromenade, table tennis spots, calisthenics park, basketball/volleyball court ...), various shopping markets and restaurants in less than 5min by foot (Edeka, Aldi, DM, Depot, pharmacy, ...) and the club Halle02 right next to the apartment. On the other hand the rest of Heidelberg can be reached quickly by tram.
Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof is less than 10min by foot.q
Normally Moritz and myself (Florian) are living in the flat, however due to our dual studies we will both move to Asia from April until End of June (specifically 31.03. - 27.06.).
In that time, our former subtenant Coco will occupy Moritz' room again, but needs a roommate for my room this time as well.

Hey there- short introduction about myself! I’m Coco, 24 years old and currently working as a barista and yoga teacher. In my free time I enjoy doing yoga, going for runs and playing tennis. I also love cooking and baking. I’m always down for having cozy dinners together at home, going for runs or on coffee dates together, but I’m also fine with everyone spending as much time on their own as they need:) Looking forward to hearing from you!
