Ich ziehe aus und suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer in unserer WG vom 16. Februar bis zum 30. April untermietet. Der Einzug am 1. März wäre auch möglich. Ende April werden alle aktuellen Mitbewohner ausziehen, daher handelt es sich um eine befristete Vermietung.

Geräumiges und helles Zimmer in einer 4er-WG
Geteilte Küche, Badezimmer und Wohnbereich
Möbel:
Ich nehme die meisten meiner Möbel mit, aber ich kann ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl zur Verfügung stellen. Falls gewünscht, besteht auch die Möglichkeit, diese von mir zu kaufen (Bett Mit Rost ohne Matratze - 100€, Schreibtisch - 80€, Bürostuhl - 50€).

I’m moving out and looking for someone to subrent my room in our shared apartment from February 16th to April 30th. Moving in on the 1st of March would be also possible. By the end of April, all current tenants will be moving out, so this is a temporary rental.

I will be taking most of my furniture with me, but I can leave a bed, desk, and chair for use. If you’re interested, there’s also the option to buy them from me (Bed with frame without mattress - 100€, desk - 80€, office chair - 50€).
