Ich ziehe demnächst mit meinem Partner zusammen und verlasse daher meine geliebte 2er WG in der ich mit meiner besten Freundin Lea gewohnt habe. Da ich vor Semesterende ausziehe muss ich eine Nachmieterin finden und wir müssen gemeinsam zum Studierendenwerk um das abzuklären. Meldet euch also jetzt schon auf der Wohnheimswarteliste an, damit es überhaupt genehmigt werden kann. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, ein paar Sachen auf den Bildern sind von mir aber Bett, Matratze, 2 Regale, Kleiderschrank, kleiner Schubladenschrank, Schreibtisch und alles in den gemeinsamen Räumen bleibt drin. Das Zimmer ist ca 20qm groß und die WG ist allgemein in einem sehr guten Zustand. Lea ist eine super Mitbewohnerin, die beste die man sich wünschen kann. Schreibt bitte kurz etwas über euch, da es uns wichtig ist, was für eine Person einzieht. Besichtigungen sind diesen Samstag und Sonntag möglich. Das Studierendenwerk erlaubt in 2er WGs nur FLINTA WGs und natürlich nur Studenten. Freuen uns schon euch kennenzulernen! 🫶🏻
I'm moving in with my partner soon and am therefore leaving my beloved shared apartment where I lived with my best friend Lea. Since I'm moving out before the end of the semester, I have to find a new tenant and we have to go to the student union together to clear this. So register now already on the dormitory waiting list so that it can be approved. The room is fully furnished, a few things in the pictures are mine but the bed, mattress, 2 shelves, wardrobe, small drawer cabinet, desk and everything in the common rooms remains there. The room is about 20 square meters and the apartment is generally in very good condition. Lea is a great roommate, the best you could ask for. Please write a little bit about yourself, as it is important to us what kind of person moves in. Viewings are possible this Saturday and Sunday. The student union only allows FLINTA shared apartments and of course only students in shared apartments. We're looking forward to getting to know you! 🫶🏻
Das Neuenheimer Feld ist sehr praktisch gelegen an Supermärkten, der Uni und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Altstadt ist schnell mit Bus und Fahrrad erreichbar.
Neuenheimer Feld is located very well close to shops, public transport and the university. You’re quickly in the Altstadt by Bus and bike as well.
Sauberkeit, ein freundlicher Umgang und gute Kommunikation sind sehr wichtig in dieser WG.
Cleanliness, friendly interaction and good communication are very important in this shared apartment.
