Wir suchen ab dem 01. April bis Mitte/Ende Juli eine FLINTA* - Person für die Zwischenmiete in einem Zimmer in unserer WG in Handschuhsheim. Bitte schreibt uns kurz, ob ihr euch mit dem Begriff FLINTA* identifizieren könnt. Einziehen kannst du auch ein paar Tage früher und das Auszugsdatum ist auch flexibel. Die WG befindet sich etwa 5min zu Fuß vom Hans-Thoma-Platz von wo aus die Straßenbahnen sowohl Richtung Dossenheim, als auch zum Bismarckplatz und ins Neuenheimer Feld/Hauptbahnhof fahren. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in etwa 10min am Bismarckplatz oder am Hauptbahnhof.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem großen Bett, einem großen Schrank und Tisch mit Stuhl. Insgesamt haben wir in der WG zwei Bäder, jeweils mit Dusche, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon. Für die Ablöse der Möbel im Zimmer würde ich 100€ vorschlagen. In der WG würden mit dir Timon, Anne und Ferdinand leben.
Anne ist 24, studiert Sonderpädagogik an der PH, häkelt gerne, ist sehr politisch interessiert und queerfeministisch und läuft gerne singend durchs Haus. Aus einer Zigarette auf dem Balkon wird mit ihr oft ein ausgiebiges Gespräch über persönliches, politisches oder allerhand Schabernack. Mit Anne kann man im Wohnzimmer tanzen, spontan ins Kino gehen oder bei Trash TV den Fernseher anschreien.
Timon ist 28, studiert Physik, schnitzt gerne kleine Holzfiguren wie Michel aus Lönneberga und ist insgesamt ein gemütlicher Zeitgenosse, der morgens als allererstes die Spülmaschine ausräumt (und damit unsere Spülmaschinen-Strichliste dominiert), bevor er sich einen Kaffee rauslässt. Er ist sehr interessiert an gemeinsamen Spieleabenden und nerdet gerne ein bisschen über Catan-Strategien ab.
Ferdinand ist 25, studiert Sonderpädagogik und ist poitisch interessiert. Mit seiner energievollen Art bringt er viel Leben in den WG-Alltag. Wenn Ferdi nicht seinem Job als Schulbegleiter nachgeht oder in der Uni ist, sieht man ihn hochkonzentriert an einem seiner Räder (oder an einem Rad von einer befreundeten Person) rumbasteln oder etwas anderes am heimwerkeln, leckeres veganes Essen am zubereiten oder mit einem seiner Mitbewohner*innen über Weltgeschen philosophierend.
Wir sind alle an einem gemeinsamen WG-Leben interessiert und würden uns als offen, warm und zugänglich beschreiben. <3

We are looking for a FLINTA* person for a temporary sublet in our shared flat in Handschuhsheim from April 1st until mid/end of July. You could move in a few days earlier, and the move-out date is flexible.
Our flat is about a 5-minute walk from Hans-Thoma-Platz, where trams run both towards Dossenheim and to Bismarckplatz, as well as to Neuenheimer Feld and the main train station. By bike, you can reach Bismarckplatz or the main station in about 10 minutes.
The room is furnished with a large bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a desk with a chair. The apartment has two bathrooms, each with a shower, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, and a balcony. For the furniture in the room, I would suggest a compensation of €100. You would be living with Timon, Anne, and Ferdinand.
Anne is 24, studies special education at the PH, enjoys crocheting, is politically interested and queer-feminist, and loves singing around the house. A cigarette on the balcony with Anne often turns into a deep conversation about personal topics, politics, or all sorts of shenanigans. With her, you can dance in the living room, go to the cinema spontaneously, or yell at the TV while watching trash TV.
Timon is 28, studies physics, enjoys carving small wooden figures like Michel from Lönneberga, and is generally a relaxed guy. First thing in the morning, he empties the dishwasher (dominating our dishwasher tally) before making himself a coffee. He is always up for game nights and loves geeking out about Catan strategies.
Ferdinand is 25 and studies special education. With his energetic personality, he brings a lot of life into our shared flat. When he’s not working as a school assistant or at university, you’ll often find him deeply focused on fixing one of his bikes (or a friend’s), working on some DIY project, preparing delicious vegan meals, or philosophizing about world events with a housemate.
We all enjoy a communal WG life and would describe ourselves as open, warm, and welcoming. <3
