Das Zimmer ist zwischen 13-14m² großund bereits mobiliert. Es gibt ein großes Fenster, wodurch das Zimmer ausreichend Licht bekommt. Im Sommer ist es aber schön kühl, weil davor ein kleiner Baum blüht. Im Winter ist das Zimmer durch die kleinere Größe eigentlich immer angenehm warm. Es gibt ein kleines Bad und eine Küchenzeile, die relativ neu sind.

Im Neuenheimer Feld genießt man eine Spitzenanbindung in die Altstadt und überall sosnt hin. Mit dem Rad ist man in 15min überall. Die Busse 31, 32, 20 und 37 fahren regelmäßig in die Altstadt und andere Stadtteile. Straßenbahn sind auch in Reichweite.
