The room will be available from February 4th.
The room is quite big and warm, located 6 minutes by walk from Ochsenkopf tram station in Heidelberg. There are supermarkets nearby (Kaufland, Netto discount) which are 18 minutes away by walk. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are 5 rooms, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms and one room for the laundry in the house. Bathrooms and kitchen are clean and very useful. Everything is included in the price and house is very equipped.
The room is filled with natural ligth, the windows make it perfect for summer, the heating also works perfectly and all the furniture in the picture belongs to the room, so you can keep it or ask the landlord to remove it.
The contract time is pretty flexible, there is no maximum limit. Also if there is any problem around the landlord doesn’t hesitate to fix it.
Almost everyone is a student with a tight schedule but sometimes but sometimes there are nice chats at the kitchen :).
