Wir suchen einen Untermieter für die Monate Februar 2025 bis Mai 2025! Das Zimmer ist schön, hell und voll möbliert (die Möbel unterscheiden sich von den oben gezeigten Bildern). Miete + Nebenkosten summieren sich auf 408 € pro Monat. Das Apartment verfügt über ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und eine zusätzliche zweite Toilette. Annehmlichkeiten wie eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls enthalten. Wenn Sie ein Fahrrad mitbringen, gibt es auch einen Fahrradraum im Keller des Hauses sowie einen separaten Abstellraum. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist sicherlich der Balkon mit seiner schönen Aussicht!
We are looking for a subtenant for the months of February 2025 to May 2025! The room is nice, bright, and fully furnished (furniture will differ from the pictures shown above). Rent + utilities add up to €408 per month. The apartment includes a fully equipped bathroom with shower and tub and an additional second toilet. Amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine are also included. If you bring a bike, there is also a bike room in the basement of the house as well as a separate storage room. The highlight of the apartment is certainly the balcony with its beautiful view!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist fußläufig von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der S-Bahn-Station Kirchheim/Rohrbach und der Linie 23/24. Gleich gegenüber von der Wohnung liegt außerdem das Hallenbad Hasenleiser, für alle die gern schwimmen.
The location of the apartment is within walking distance of shopping facilities as well as the S-Bahn station Kirchheim/Rohrbach and tram line 23/24. Just across from the apartment is also the indoor swimming pool Hasenleiser, for those who like to swim.
Du wirst zusammen mit Lea und Anoushka leben:
Lea ist 22, studiert Englisch und Computerlinguistik, lädt gerne Freunde ein, liest viel und faltet gerne Origami. Sie kocht auch gerne mit anderen (und macht es sehr gut!) 😊
Anoushka ist 25 Jahre alt und macht ihren Master in Südasiatischen Studien. Sie ist von Beruf Journalistin und liebt es, spannende Diskussionen zu führen. Sie spielt auch gerne Karten- und Brettspiele und ist sehr hygienisch.
Wir leben nicht aneinander vorbei, sondern miteinander - das bedeutet, dass wir uns abends gerne in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon treffen, gemeinsam kochen und über unsere getrennten Tage sprechen. Natürlich respektieren wir auch, wenn jemand einen ruhigen Abend braucht und die Zimmertür hinter ihm schließt. Dies ist eine antirassistische, LGBTQ+-freundliche Wohnung und wir freuen uns, alle Bewerber willkommen zu heißen!

Lea is 22, studies English and Computational Linguistics, likes to invite friends over, reads a lot and likes to fold origami. She also likes to cook with others (and does it very well!)😊
Anoushka is 25 is pursuing her Masters in South Asian Studies. She is a Journalist by profession and loves engaging in riveting discussions. She also enjoys playing card and board games and is very hygienic.
We don't live past each other, but with each other - that means that in the evening we like to meet in the kitchen or on the balcony, cook together and talk about our separate days. Of course, we also respect when someone needs a quiet evening and closes the room door behind them. This is an anti-racist, LGBTQ+-friendly flat and we’re happy to welcome all applicants!
