Ich suche einen Nachmieter/ eine Nachmieterin für mein schönes Zimmer in Rohrbach, da ich leider ausziehe. Das Zimmer hat eine Fläche von 17qm und bietet direkten Zugang zu einem gemütlichen Balkon, ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen des Ausblicks.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung - die Straßenbahnlinien 23 und 24 sind in nur 5min fußläufig erreichbar, sodass man schnell am Hauptbahnhof oder auch in der Altstadt ist. Zusätzlich gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe.
Die Wg besteht aus zwei freundlichen Mitbewohnern, die aufgeschlossen und unkompliziert sind. Sie legen Wert auf ein harmonisches Zusammenleben, haben immer ein offenes Ohr, aber respektieren es auch, wenn man einfach mal seine Ruhe möchte.
