We are Cas, Vincent, Ana, Hicham and Khaled. We are looking for a new roommate. Will that be you? ^.^
Who we are looking for:
You, just like us, like to have a lively chat over (for example) a cup of tea. Ideally you would like to undertake some activities together ( playing a board game or going to a bar and having a drink or chat ). A zweck-wg person is not who we are looking for. We also want to have the occasional Wg-Party. Tell us something about yourself :D
Due to a lot of moving in and out over the past 2 years we are looking for someone who will at least stay for a year.
What you get:
The rent for the 18 m2 room is all-in (including electricity, WLAN, ARD ZDF).
Fun roommates who are looking forward to having interesting discussions with you in the kitchen, or when it is sunny outside on our terrace. If you offer to play a game, or watch a movie together we are also likely to say yes. Sometimes we go bouldering together too (although not everyone joins).
The first 2 photos of this room are a little outdated, because the current tenant did not want all their stuff online for everyone to see. The outlay of the room is still the same. The current tenant has some furniture for sale if you are interested (see the "Miscellaneous" section).
Photo 3 - 7 show the rest of the WG (excluding the cellar, but that is ours too).
Photos 8+ show the furniture the current tenant has for sale.
I (Cas) wrote this ad, but my written German is not too good, although I like to think I speak it fairly well. The others speak German well, but they also speak English. It is therefore preferable if you can speak both English and German, but not a requirement.
The WG is close to the tram station (5 min walk) and close to the LIDL (7 min walk? I always bike) as well.
A little further away is the ALDI and REWE (12 min)
Then it is close to the S-Bahn too (12 min walk)
We have a cleaning schedule which is fairly successful. We all work and some do a study on the side, but we are home quite often actually. It is therefore important that it is quiet during the night, since we all need to wake up early again.
A laundry machine, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher is all included.
The current tenant has furniture for sale. This is:
The 2 lamps (standing + desk)
The little carpet next to the bed
The small blue table

The book shelf (books excluded)

The bed (frame and mattress)
