Hello! Are you looking for a nice room in Heidelberg? This one should be just perfect for you.
It is about 15qm beautifully lit in the daytime and has a gorgeous wooden floor and high ceilings. I am not going to take any of the furniture with me. They are quite new and i took them from the person before as well. Plus we just bought a new washing machine and a refrigerator. That is why i would like to have 800,- € for all and is highly appreciated someone ready to take what's in here, actually if you can't take the furniture its unfortunately possible that we decide for someone who can.
If you don't like the furniture you can sell them easily as they are quite new are not damaged and look nice. The apartment is a charming old building quite big and with a big corridor. In the Kitchen we have washing machine and a dish washer. The toilet and the bathroom with bathtub and shower are separated from each other.
590€ (plus 15-20€ for internet and TV/radio tax) is all in all, it's what you pay per months, this includes the water, heating internet and electricity.

Hallo! Suchst du ein schönes Zimmer in Heidelberg? Dann ist dieses Zimmer genau das Richtige für Sie.
Es ist ca. 15qm groß, tagsüber schön beleuchtet und hat einen schönen Holzboden und hohe Decken. Ich werde keine der Möbel mitnehmen. Sie sind ziemlich neu und ich habe sie auch von der Vormieterin mitgenommen. Außerdem haben wir gerade eine neue Waschmaschine und einen Kühlschrank gekauft. Das ist, warum ich möchte 800,- € für alle und ist sehr geschätzt jemand bereit zu nehmen, was hier drin ist, eigentlich, wenn Sie nicht die Möbel nehmen kann seine leider möglich, dass wir für jemanden, der kann entscheiden.
Wenn Sie die Möbel nicht mögen, können Sie sie leicht verkaufen, da sie ziemlich neu sind, nicht beschädigt sind und schön aussehen. Die Wohnung ist ein charmantes altes Gebäude, ziemlich groß und mit einem großen Korridor. In der Küche gibt es eine Waschmaschine und eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Die Toilette und das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche sind voneinander getrennt.
590€ (plus 15-20€ für Internet und TV/Radio Steuer) ist alles in allem, was man pro Monat bezahlt, das beinhaltet das Wasser, Heizung Internet und Strom.

Sehr zentral gelegen in der Weststadt: zu Fuß in die Altstadt brauchst du circa eine viertel Stunde, S-Bahn Station und Bus gibt es direkt vor der Haustür und der Fahrradweg auf der Rohrbacher ist extra breit. Aus deinem Fenster blickst du direkt auf die grünen Berge, die fußläufig erreichbar für den ein- oder andern Spaziergang perfekt sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 30 Sekunden von der Haustür entfernt (Alnatura und Nahkauf), zum Hbf brauchst du mit der S-Bahn 5 Minuten.
The apartment is very central in Westadt: by foot it takes you only 15 mins to go to Altstadt, there is a bus station and the S-Bahn station 5 mins form the door shelf. From your room you've got a view nice green hills, that invite you to go hiking or take a walk. Shopping is 30 secs from your door (Nahkauf and Alnatura), central station is 5 mins by train.
You live with Jiatong, Humam and Shubham, who are all very nice and are either already working or still studying. Lively shared life is guaranteed: cooking together is the favorite hobby, inviting friends and going on trips are part of it, but it's also totally okay if you close the door and want to be on your own.
Everything annoying that could affect living in a shared apartment is easily solved via flatastic (cleaning plan, etc.).

Du wohnst mit Jiatong, Humam und Shubham zusammen, die alle sehr nett sind und entweder schon arbeiten oder noch studieren. Lebendiges WG-Leben ist garantiert: gemeinsames Kochen ist das liebste Hobby, Freunde einladen und Ausflüge machen gehören dazu, aber es ist auch völlig okay, wenn man die Tür schließt und allein sein will.
Alles, was das Zusammenleben in einer WG stört, lässt sich mit flatastic leicht lösen (Putzplan, etc.).
