I offer a room in my 3-rooms apartment until July 31st. It's a short term sublease while I will be outside Germany for a research stay. The room has access to a balcony facing the garden. I offer the room with some basic furnishing: wardrobe, bed (140 x 200) and a sofa.
The apartment is located in Weststadt in the proximity of the S-Bahnhof in a charming multi-family house built in 1905. The apartment is at the lowest floor of the house above the cellar (a small ramp of stairs separates the road from the apartment).
Your flatmates will be Normann, a MD student from Spain and maybe another person from May.
The landlord lives somewhere close to Heidelberg, speaks good English and is friendly and easy going.
Earliest move in is April 1st.
The price is 600 € (warm rent) and the deposit is 3 times the cold rent (=1380 €)
The room is available for viewing from Sat March 29th until April 3rd.
