I have to move away, so I'm looking for a new tenant for my room. You can move in at the beginning of August. As shown above, you can nearly find every thing you need for daily life in this WG. Of course, we also have ovens, refrigerators, storage shelfs, cleaner and so on. Moreover, one kitchen and two bathrooms(toilets) are available. Concerning the internet, we share both DSL and WLAN, you only have to pay about 5 Euro every month, except this, every thing is included in the rent(warm).
This flat is located in Weststadt, within 5 minutes by bike to HBF or the Bergheim Campus,
10-15 minutes to Bismarkplatz or the Neuenheimer Feld. A Kaufland is not far than 5 mintues on foot. Just outside the door you can find line 26 towards Bismarkplatz or Kirchheim, and line 23, 24, 32, 5, etc. are also quite near.
Now here are three other boys living in this WG, they are all quite friendly.
According to the rules of this WG company, tenements should be students (perhaps including FU)
