Das Zimmer ist voller natürlichem Licht, da es viele Fenster hat. Es hat direkten Zugang zum Garten und zum großen gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer mit einem Fernseher und einem bequemen Sofa, das kaum jemand benutzt.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem sehr großen und gemütlichen Haus, wo man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß eine Bushaltestelle und einen Park mit Basketballplätzen und Tischtennistischen erreicht. Weiter vorne ist der Fluss, der im Sommer großartig zum Schwimmen und Spaß haben ist. 🌞

The room is filled with natural light, as it has many windows. It has direct access to the garden and the large shared living room with a TV and a comfortable sofa, which almost nobody uses.
The room is in a very large and cozy house, where a 5-minute walk takes you to a bus stop and a park with basketball courts and ping-pong tables. Further ahead, the river is great for swimming and having fun in the summer☀️
Wieblingen ist eine schöne und ruhige Stadt, die voller Familien ist. Ein Rewe, Aldi und Netto sind nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Wieblingen is a beautiful and peaceful town, full of families. There is a Rewe, Aldi, and Netto just a 15-minute walk away.
Deine Mitbewohner sind sehr ordentlich, freundlich und respektvoll. Sie genießen es, ihren eigenen Raum zu haben, daher ist das Haus sehr ruhig. Außerdem arbeiten die meisten von ihnen, sodass sie tagsüber meistens nicht zu Hause sind. Der Vermieter, Blazej, ist sehr freundlich und leicht anzusprechen. Er wohnt im Haus, sodass du sofort mit ihm sprechen kannst, falls irgendwelche Probleme auftreten.
Im Haus gibt es zwei gemeinsame Badezimmer und Duschen. Oben wohnen Alisa und Mohammad. Im Erdgeschoss wohnen Christopher, Blazej und Soshichiro.

Your roommates are very tidy, kind, and respectful. They enjoy having their own space, so the house is very peaceful. Also, most of them work so they won't be around most of the day. The landlord, Blazej, is very friendly and easy to talk to. He lives in the house, so you can talk to him immediately if any issues arise.
There are two shared bathrooms and showers in the house. Upstairs live Alisa and Mohammad. On the ground floor, live Christopher, Blazej, and Soshichiro.

The room will be available starting Feb 15th, so you must be able to move in this day. The contract is open and easy to understand. There is no minimum stay requirement.
