Das Wohnverhältnis zu allen anderen Mietern des Hauses ist sehr entspannt.
Die Möbel können für 100€ vom Vermieter übernommen werden:

- Nachttisch
- Schrank
- Schreibtisch / Schreibtischstuhl
Minimum Mietdauer sind 6 Monate, also bis 31.03.2025
Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein Unterstand für Fahrräder und gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

The inserted room is located in a pleasant 7 person student shared living flat . The flat is in the first floor of a residential building, that is primarily rented out to students. It consists of 7 privat rooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms with shower/tub with washing machine and a hallway. The relationship to the other students in the house is relaxed.
The current furniture can be bought from the former tenant for a sum of 100€

There is a bicycle car port next to the house and good parking possibilities.

Die Wohnung liegt am äußeren Ende von Kirchheim mit direkter Anbindung an die S-Bahn Linie (2-3 Gehminuten) und Straßenbahn (2-3 Gehminuten).
Innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten lässt sich das Stadtzentrum mit allen benötigten Geschäften sowie Supermärkten, Postamt, Bürgeramt, Apotheke etc. erreichen
Mit der Straßenbahn Linie 26 erreicht man die Heidelberg Innen- und Altstadt in 15 Minuten. Von dort aus sind alle weiteren Straßenbahn- /Busverbindungen zur Heidelberger Universität oder ins Neunheimer Feld erreichbar.
Der Heidelberger Hauptbahnhof ist eine Station (4 Minuten) von der lokalen S-Bahn Station entfernt und bietet einen deutschlandweite Anbindung.

The flat is located at the outer ending of Kirchheim with direct connection to the local train station (2-3 minutes walking distance) and tram station (2-3 minutes walking distance).
Within 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the city centre with all necessary shops such as supermarkets, post office, citizen office, pharmacy etc.
With the tram line number 26 you get to Heidelberg city/old town within 12 minutes. From there you have a connection to all further tram/bus connections to Heidelberg University or Neunheimer Feld.
Heidelberg Main Station is one station(4 minutes) away from the local S-Bahn station and offers a connection throughout Germany.

Das Klima in der WG ist sehr entspannt. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Rückzugsort, dennoch kann auf dem Balkon oder in der Küche gemeinsam Zeit verbracht werden.
Bei 7 Leuten in der WG ist eine Putzrotation sehr wichtig. Wöchentlich kommt ein Putzdienst vorbei und einmal wird von den Mieter geputzt.

The atmosphere in the flat is very relaxed. Everyone has their room as a private space but can use the balcony or kitchen to socialize.
In a flat with 7 people a set cleaning rotation is very important. Therefore we have a cleaning service coming once a week and one time a week a tenant is cleaning too.
