Hello!
My flatmate is currently away for an internship and I am subletting her room.
I am finishing up my PhD and I am always home, so I am looking for someone quiet and clean :)
Flat is quite small but cosy, room is already furnished, there is also a washing machine and a dishwasher. Hans-Thoma Platz is 6min walk away, with trams and buses going in all directions. There is a Penny also about 5min away, plus multiple bakeries and a Rossman nearby. Neighborhood is rather quiet, mainly a residential area.
I will be mainly minding my own business since I am crazy busy with my thesis, but I am also open to casual hangsouts, whether it's having dinner together or a drink. Having a cleaning schedule is really important to me, to maintain the place nice and livable! Household stuff can be shared.
Total rent is 500€ (basic rent + all utilities), there might be an extra fee to pay at the end of the year for the Nebenkostenabbrechnung.
