Das Zimmer hat eine Dachschräge mit einem großen Fenster und einem charmanten Balken auf dem Boden an den man sich aber schnell gewöhnt. Nachts ist es ruhig und man hat seine Ruhe um sich vom Lernstress zu erholen.
Die Wohnung ist 2012 renoviert worden und besitzt eine große vollausgestattete Küche & ein großes Bad.
The room has a sloping roof with a large window and a charming beam on the floor that you quickly get used to. At night it is quiet and you have your peace and quiet to recover from the stress of studying.
The apartment was renovated in 2012 and has a large fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom.
Das Haus in dem sich die WG befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Ziegelhausen und der Edeka ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, Aldi und der Rewe in Schlierbach mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle Steinbacher Tal ist direkt vor dem Haus und mit den Linien 36, 37 & 34 ist man schnell in der Stadt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 15Min in der Altstadt und in circa 20min im Feld. Apotheke, Gemüsehändler etc befinden sich in Ziegelhausen, die Versorgungs- und Verkehrssituation ist also super. Auch für Joggen im Wald oder eine Runde im Hallenbad ist Ziegelhausen gut geeignet
The house in which the flat share is located is in a central location in Ziegelhausen and the Edeka supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, Aldi and Rewe in Schlierbach can be reached by bike within 10 minutes. The bus stop Steinbacher Tal is directly in front of the house and with the lines 36, 37 & 34 you are quickly in the city. By bike you can be in the old town in 15 minutes and in the field in about 20 minutes. Pharmacy, greengrocer etc. are located in Ziegelhausen, so the supply and traffic situation is great. Ziegelhausen is also well suited for jogging in the forest or a lap in the indoor swimming pool
Du würdest dann mit uns beiden, Deniz und Paul, zusammen wohnen. Deniz kommt aus der Türkei und absolviert aktuell einen Deutschkurs um mit dem Studium in Heidelberg anfangen zu können und Paul studiert im Master Politikwissenschaft. Das WG-Leben ist entspannt, wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit und haben dafür auch einen Putzplan.
You would then live with both of us, Deniz and Paul. Deniz comes from Turkey and is currently taking a German course to start his studies in Heidelberg and Paul is studying for a Master's degree in political science. Life in the shared flat is relaxed, we value cleanliness and have a cleaning schedule.
