Das Dachzimmer (ca. 10 m^2) ist mit einem großen Fenster und einem Waschbecken ausgestattet. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Für gemütliches Zusammensitzen gibt es ein Wohnzimmer und eine geräumige Küche. Das Bad ist recht klein, aber dafür schnell geputzt :) (und da jeder ein Waschbecken hat, kommt man sich auch nicht in die Quere). Vor dem Haus hast du die Möglichkeit dein Fahrrad zu parken. Der Mietpreis von 320 Euro ist die Warmmiete. Dazu kommen dann noch Internet und GEZ. Da die Mitbewohnerin, die jetzt auszieht recht viel WG Ausstattung (Kaffeemaschine, Staubsauger, Geschirr) mitnimmt, schaffen wir aktuell einige neue Sachen an. Dafür wird dann noch eine Abschlagszahlung anfallen.
The attic room (approx. 10 m^2) has a large window and a sink. The room is rented without furniture.
There is a living room and a spacious kitchen for sitting together and meeting friends. The bathroom is quite small, but cleaned quickly :) (and since everyone has a sink, you don't get in each other's way). You can park your bike in front of the house. The rental price of 320 euros is the warm rent. Internet and GEZ have to be paid additionally.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral in Neuenheim gelegen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 2 min im Neuenheimer Feld und in 10 min in der Altstadt. Auch der Bahnhof ist gut zu erreichen und die nächste Bus- bzw. Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 2-5 Minuten erreichbar.
Das nahe gelegene Mathematikon bietet mit Aldi, Rossmann und Rewe alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Auch die Neckarwiese ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
The apartment is located centrally in Neuenheim. By bike you can be in the Neuenheimer Feld in 2 minutes and in the old town in 10 minutes. The train station is also easy to reach and the next bus or tram stop can be reached on foot within 2-5 minutes.
The nearby Mathematicon offers everything you need (Aldi, Rossmann and Rewe). The Neckarwiese is around the corner.
Da unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin Anne die WG verlässt und nach dem Studium aus Heidelberg wegzieht, sind wir auf der Suche nach einem/einer neuen Mitbewohner*in .
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind die die Medizinstudentinnen Emi (20) & Nicola (23) und Erin (24), die ihren PhD in Molekularbiologie macht. Da wir alle ziemlich beschäftigt sind, ist uns ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang im Alltag wichtig. Abends kochen wir gerne und viel gemeinsam und auch sonst unternehmen wir gerne etwas zusammen (joggen, spazieren gehen, Filme schauen, Pflanzen kaufen…). Wenn du also Lust auf ein aktives WG-Leben hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig! 😊
Since our roommate Anne is leaving us, we are looking for a new roommate.
Your future flatmates are Nicola (23), Emi (20) and Erin (24), are all studying . Since we are all quite busy, being respectful in everyday life is important to us. In the evenings we like to cook together and otherwise we enjoy spending time with each other (university sports, hiking, watching films, buying plants...). So if you are looking for an active flat share, you've come to the right place! 😊

Die Castings werden abends (ab 19:30) am 14. und 15. Oktober stattfinden. Schreib uns also bitte nur dann, wenn du an diesen Abenden auch Zeit hast. Wir werden in den nächsten Tagen alle Bewerbungen durchgehen und dann einen Doodle Link für die beiden Casting Abende rumschicken.
