Das Zimmer ist 12 Quadratmeter groß und befindet sich im ersten Stock der Wohnung. Es ist möbliert, und ich lasse alle Möbel kostenlos für den nächsten Mieter zurück. Dazu gehören ein Bett, ein mittelgroßer Schreibtisch, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Ventilator. Das Zimmer besitzt auch elektronische Rollläden und eine Luftungsanlage.
Du wirst mit vier netten Mitbewohner/innen zusammenleben, also insgesamt fünf Personen. Wir teilen uns eine große, saubere Küche, in der ein Kühlschrank, ein Gefrierschrank, eine Spülmaschine, ein Ofen, eine Mikrowelle und vier leistungsstarke elektrische Kochfelder zur Verfügung stehen. Gemeinsam nutzt ihr drei Toiletten. Der Vorteil des ersten Stocks ist, dass zwei dieser drei Toiletten auf derselben Etage liegen. So musst du dir nie Sorgen machen, wenn du dringend eine Toilette benötigst. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich in dem Badezimmer, das am nächsten zu deinem Zimmer liegt. Das Haus wird durch eine Wärmepumpe beheizt und teilweise durch hauseigenen produzieren Solarstrom betrieben. Außerdem gibt es einen abschließbaren Fahrradraum
Das Haus ist relativ neu, und die Wände sind sehr gut schallisoliert. Deine vier Mitbewohner:innen sind alle entspannt und freundlich. Wenn du Lust auf ein Gespräch hast, findest du immer jemanden, mit dem du reden kannst. Wenn du jedoch lieber für dich bleiben möchtest, ist das ebenso völlig in Ordnung. Ein Punkt, den ich erwähnen möchte, ist, dass alle vier Mitbewohner:innen Wert auf Sauberkeit legen. Deshalb suchen wir jemanden, der oder die auch die Gemeinschaftsbereiche ordentlich halten kann.
Unsere WG liegt in Böckingen, Heilbronn. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort bringt dich die Linie 1 direkt ins Stadtzentrum und zum Hauptbahnhof. Für den Lebensmitteleinkauf ist ein Penny-Market ebenfalls nur eine Gehminute entfernt und ein Lidl 10 Gehminuten entfernt und 3 Minuten mit dem Bus.

The room is 12 square meters large and located on the first floor of the apartment. It is furnished, and I will leave all the furniture for the next tenant free of charge. This includes a bed, a medium-sized desk, a wardrobe, and a fan.
You will be living with four nice flatmates, making it five people in total. We share a large, clean kitchen equipped with a fridge, a microwave, an oven, dishwasher and four powerful electric burners. Altogether, the five of you will share three toilets. A big advantage of living on the first floor is that two of these three toilets are located on the same floor. This means you’ll never have to worry about access when you urgently need to use the bathroom. The washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom closest to your room. The apartment is relatively new, and the walls are very well soundproofed. Your four flatmates are great people, all pretty chill and laid back. If you ever feel like having a conversation, there’s always someone to talk to. If you prefer staying in your own space, that’s totally fine as well. However, I’d like to mention that all four flatmates are relatively tidy people, so they are looking for someone who can also help keep the shared spaces clean.
Our WG is located in Böckingen, Heilbronn. The nearest bus stop is only a one-minute walk away, where you can catch Line 1, which goes directly to the city center and the main train station. For grocery shopping, there’s a Penny supermarket just a one-minute walk from our WG. To Lidl is a 10-minute walk and you could also bus there in 3 minutes.
