Quiet room for students and interns. Short or long term. Please contact me for more information. This room is only excemplary as there could be another room available for the time you come to Heilbronn. The price is including water, power and gas bill, TV and high-speed WiFi and rubbish disposal. We do have a washing machine and dryer in the basement for shared use.
Each room is furnished and the kitchen has all you need in terms of pots, dishes, cutlery and glasses. Fully equipped living room with couch and good living space. Even though the rooms are comparitvley small, the space in the appartment is large and comfortable. Large balcony and kitchen area, too.
This house was fully renovated in 2015 and has all the living comfort you need for your studies or internship. We even have a bike which you can use. There is a garden which has outdoor furniture and a small courtyard.
You will live close to public transport and if you come by car, there is a fast access to A8 via Neckarsulm.
Ruhig gelegenes, helles Zimmer. Voll ausgestattet mit Sat-TV, Internet und W-Lan. Bad und Küche sind modern eingerichtet und gepflegt. Das Haus wurde 2014 grundlegend saniert und bietet hohen Wohnkomfort.

2 Minuten zum Bus, 2 Minuten zur Stadtbahn. Bäcker um die Ecke, in Laufweite zum Campus am Europaplatz. 10 Minuten zum Zentrum
Die Bleichstrasse liegt nah dem Zentrum und dem Campus der HHN. Das Wohnhaus befindet sich zwischen der S-Bahnhaltestelle "Technisches Schulzentrum" und Bushaltestelle "Gartenstraße". Beide Stationen sind in 2 min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ein Bäcker ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sowohl im Stadtzentrum als auch Richtung Neckarsulm. ( REWE, Lidl, Aldi, Netto etc.). Das Stadtzentrum kann man gut zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichen.
This room is for students and interns who visit Heilbronn vor short or longer term. International students welcome and all communication will be in English (contract in German) but I will ensure you feel welcome and all your questions will be answered. The students currently living in there are international students and they are a great addition to the university live. It's great to have the TU Munich campus and the BildungsCampus so close by.
Dies ist keine Studenten-WG und wer sich für WG-Leben interessiert ist hier falsch. Dies ist ein Angebot für ruhige Einzelgänger, die gerne alleine wohnen wollen und am liebsten auf der Suche nach einer 1-Zimmerwohnung sind. Denn dein Mitbewohner ist so gut wie nie da ;-)

Die gemeinsame Küche ist mit Spülmaschine, Microwelle, E-Herd und Backofen ausgestattet. Koch- und Backutensilien sowie ein geräumiger Gefrierschrank sind auch vorhanden. Alle Mitbewohner sind für die Reinigung und Pflege der gemeinsam genutzten Räume und des Treppenhauses verantwortlich.
Students only require a ID or passport and their current address. I have great experiences with international students and welcome the different cultures and nationalities. Heilbronn is a great university city. Students can study and live in a diverse city inmidst of a strong economic area of Baden Wuerttemberg. Who wants to work can find casual jobs or connect with international companies and get internships straight out of Uni.
Im Keller des Hauses stehen Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
Die Wohnung ist sauber gepflegt und ordentlich; es gibt keinen Schimmel und keine Haustiere in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist mit Granit gefliest, sauber und ordentlich. In den Zimmern ist ein robuster Teppich verlegt.
Es gibt einen Garten, der von allen genutzt werden kann. Die Straßenbahn und ein Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Bus kann man in 45min zum Bosch nach Abstatt fahren.
