suchen eine Mitbewohnerin.
Es steht 1 teilmöbiliertes Zimmer in einer 140qm großen Altbauwohnung mit Dachterrasse in der 3. Etage ohne Aufzug zur Verfügung, große Küche, Gäste WC.
Gerne würde die Mama der WG die Wäsche mit waschen und auch bügeln.
Die zukünftige Mitbewohnerin sollte vielleicht in der Ausbildung sein oder aber eine Studentin.
Es muss einfach passen!
Die Wohnung liegt nahe des Schloss Strünkede. U-Bahn liegt 200m entfernt, ebenso z.B. die Bus Verbindung SB 20.
