Diese Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Insgesamt gibt es in der Wohnung Küche, Bad und 2 Schlafzimmer. Haushaltgeräte wurden schon beschafft(Kühlschrank, Mikrowell, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine...). Das Zimmer ist ca. 17qm2 und möbliert.

The apartment is in the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 washroom and 1 kitchen. All household appliances are available (refrigerator, microwave, vacuum cleaner, washing machine...). The room is about 17m2 with furniture.
Lage
Diese Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt Herzogenrath. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte wie REWE, Kaufland. Nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß bis Herzogenrath Bahnhof. Weil Herzogenrath 11 km von Aachen weit entfernt ist, fährt man besser mit Zügen nach Aachen, die 5 Mal pro Stunde fahren. Von Herzogenrath Bahnhof bis Aachen West braucht man nur 10 Minuten. Mit den Bussen geht auch, obwohl es länger dauern würde (ca. 40 Minuten).
Location
The apartment is in the city center of Herzogenrath. There are supermarkets such as REWE, Kaufland near-by. Just 2 minutes by foot to Herzogenrath train station. Since Herzogenrath is 11km far away from Aachen, it is better to take trains to Aachen. There are 5 lines to Aachen per hour. It only takes 10 minutes from Herzogenrath train station to Aachen West. You can also choose buses. It just takes longer, about 40 minutes.
WG-Leben
Aufgrund des Abschließens meines Studiums an der RWTH Aachen werde ich in Kurzem weg. Von daher suche ich gerade einen Nachmieter. Mein Mitbewohner heißt Li Han (24) und ist ein sehr netter Typ. Er kommt aus China und ist fast schon 6 Jahre hier in Deutschland. Momentan studiert er an der RWTH Aachen den Masterstudiengang Elektrotechnik im 2. Semester.
WG life
Since I have graduated from RWTH Aachen and will leave Aachen soon, i am looking for a new tenant. My roommate Li Han (24), a friendly and easy-going guy, is from China and has been in Germany for pretty much 6 years. He is doing his master of Electrical Engineering in the RWTH Aachen in the 2nd semester.
Miete
260€ Miete inklusive allen Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Internet ect.). Die Umlage für Haushaltsgeräte und andere Dinge beträgt 190€. Die Kosten für die Möbel in meinem Zimmer sind verhandelbar(ca. 190€).
Das Zimmer ist verfügbar ab 1. April. Hast du Interesse für dieses Zimmer, meld dich bei mir gern.
Rent
The rent is 260€ monthly including the whole additional costs (heating, water, electricity, internet etc.). The share of costs like for the household appliance amount to 190€. About the transferring fee of the furniture in my room we can negotiate (around 190€).
