Die Aufteilung der Wohnung sieht folgendermaßen aus: Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich drei WG-Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer (mit Badewanne), sowie ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Glasdach. In der oberen Etage gibt es zwei weitere WG-Zimmer und ein zusätzliches Bad (mit Dusche). Zudem besitzen wir eine eigene Terrasse und einen Balkon, was sich wunderbar für schöne Grillabende anbietet :)
Dein Zimmer befindet sich in der unteren Etage und wird grundsätzlich unmöbliert sein, allerdings besteht auch die Möglichkeit Möbel für die Anfangszeit zu übernehmen (genauere Infos gibt es beim Kennenlernen😊)
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1.2 frei, ein früherer Einzug ist nach Absprache möglich:)

The apartment looks like this: on the ground floor you can find three rooms from your other roommates, a kitchen with a terrace, a bathroom (with bathtub), and our big living room:) on the first floor, you find two other rooms (one will be yours),the other room has a balcony and a little bathroom.
Your room will be unfurnished but there is a opportunity to take over furniture for the first time. The room will be available from the 1.2.
Unsere WG liegt in der schönen Nordstadt. Der Hauptbahnhof/ZOB ist innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen von welchem man in alle Richtungen kommt (sowohl innerhalb von Hildesheim, als auch in naheliegende Städte wie Hannover oder Braunschweig). Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt (ein Lidl ist sogar schräg gegenüber). Ebenso wie verschiedene Dönerbuden, die Körperschmiede etc. Mit der Linie 1, 2 & 4 kommt man direkt zur Uni, Domäne oder HAWK. Zudem befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür!
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist zudem die Nähe zu diversen Bars und der KuFa. Gerade zu späteren Abendstunden wirst du schnell zu Hause sein!
ENGLISH-VERSION
The main train station is five minutes away by foot. You can also find a bus stop directly in front of our door, which brings you to the HAWK. Nearby, there are some stores in which you can go grocery shopping. From the main train station, you can take many trains bringing you to the biggest cities nearby and you only need 10-15 minutes to the university by bus. Also, bars and clubs like the KUFA are close to our apartment. So you don't need that long to be home.
Wir sind die Leunis! Gerne trinken wir zusammen einen Kaffee, verbringen gemütliche Abende im Wohnzimmer zusammen oder treffen uns zum Kochen (oder für Spieleabende) in der Küche. Aber selbstverständlich verschließen wir auch mal die Türen.:)

You are living with:
Johanna (25), Moritz (26), Lara (24) and Mai (26). All of them are studying at the HAWK or University. These are very nice and funny people! We play many games together, go for a walk, cook together or go to the cinema. We do a lot together! It's never boring in here:)
