The apartment has total 3 rooms and is on the 3rd floor. The room to be rented is around 18 m² and furniture with bed, mattress (only 6 months old), wardrobe, study table with chair, and bedside table and is labelled bedroom in the photos. The furniture mentioned above can be acquired with the cost of 300€ (Does not include television).
One of the rooms is living room and it is also furnished with couch, coffee table, and armchair. The kitchen is also fully furnished with the dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, backing oven, and cabinets for the kitchen stuff. There are already some dishware, pans and pots available for the common use.
Bathroom is also fully equipped with shower, cupboard, washbasin, and washing machine. The landlord and the neighbours are super friendly and calm.
The apartment is located at perfect location. Nearest bus stop (Bergstraße) is only 3 minutes away on feet. The city centre (Sonnenplatz), Hof central station, and groceries shopping possibilities are only 10 minutes’ walk away.
Your flatmate will be Javier, 39 old working male originally from Spain. He is living in Hof for quite some time now and is mostly away due to work. He is super friendly and loves sports (Football, Basketball), travelling, cooking and discovering new cultures over some beers.
He is easy going and calm person and will provide you support and your private space.
You should not be a party freak who likes to make noise every other day. Of course, small gatherings on weekends are allowed but you have to think about your neighbours as well since they are old age people. Smoking is not allowed in the room or in the building lobby. There is spacious back yard, where you can smoke. I am looking for someone who will stay here longer than only one or two semesters.
The total rent will be 400€ including electricity, gas, internet, and radio bill. At the end of the year, annual settlement of gas and electricity bill will be done. Based on the yearly consumption the difference will be settled.
